We offer fast delivery times for all of our in stock items

Once your order has been processed, a member of the Faraway delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will do everything in their power to arrange a mutually convenient day and time for the delivery. We can usually guarantee a delivery window of approximately 2 hours, therefore avoiding the need to be at home all day waiting for your delivery. For smaller items such as parasols, cushions and covers, delivery is arranged via a courier who will leave a calling card if you are not available and allow you to arrange a convenient time directly with the courier company.

Due to our customer feedback we now offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries for no extra cost for larger items.

Please be aware that due to the large volume of orders despatched it is imperative that you are there to sign for the pre-arranged delivery. You will receive a reminder of your delivery slot at least 24 hours prior to the arranged date.

All failed deliveries will be returned to Faraway's depot. In this circumstance, a Faraway delivery member of staff will contact you to arrange a further delivery date which may incur an additional charge.

Due to the nature and size of our items, we have the following delivery charge structure guideline.

1 - All orders under £1000 that can be despatched using a courier will be charged standard postal rates based on weight for England and Wales.

2 - Any orders under £1000 that cannot be sent via courier are charged according to the county the goods are delivered to. Please see the delivery map below for price structure.

3 - Any orders over £1000 are delivered free of charge for England and Wales.

Please note that if there are extenuating circumstances we can waver or vary the delivery charge with mutual agreement. In those cases, we will contact you prior to delivery.

Please note: We do not profit from delivery, and any savings that can be made will be passed on to you.

All orders to Scotland and Northern Ireland or non mainland locations are priced on application.

Europe:

We deliver to most places in Europe. Charges vary depending on location and Pallet Company used. Please email us for a quote. You are also welcome to arrange your own pickup from our warehouse in Hertfordshire, WD6 5PH, UK.
